Day Commander
Living document. Top of the page = what we do today (money first). Project task lists in the middle. Work log at the bottom — nothing ever gets deleted, finished items get marked and archived down there. Last updated: Fri 2026-10-02, 7:26am PT.
Today's Priorities Money First
Re-prioritized 2026-10-02 after review. Order = revenue impact.

Loot 47 — get the money engine working PrimaryBlocked on you: the angle sheets (target audience, ad angles, samples). Once those land: angle audit → advertorial persuasion redo → copy. Running in parallel now: checkout/payment + access-delivery verification, landing page alternates, DNS-flip prep. This is the whole reason the war chest exists — everything else waits behind it.
-
WFM — the do-over NextThe v2 SEO rebuilds went off the rails (redesigned look instead of the originals). Do-over rule: keep the exact clone styling — colors, fonts, look and feel locked — and only restructure per the SEO action plans. Current v2 versions are preserved untouched as reference builds.
-
Stucco — fine-tuning + AI chat widget SteadySites are live and mostly good. Shane reviews/tests and lists the fine-tuning. Then the AI chat widget (AI as the operator) goes on the sites.

Day Commander — this board OngoingKeep it current: what's done gets marked, what's next stays on top, the log grows at the bottom.
1 · Loot 47 Ads Money First
Digital product funnels (loot47.com) — 47 done-for-you funnels sold via advertorials + Facebook ads. Sites cloned + deployed, 6 advertorials live on the pages.dev previews. The sales engine itself (angles → persuasion → checkout) is the job now.
The new money track (starts today)
Original 2026-10-02 plan items (kept — marked up, superseded items point at their replacements)
2 · WFM Sites (the do-over) Design Reset
Fatigue + Heartburn (+ Thyroid). Backups and pixel-identical clones went fine. The v2 SEO rebuilds went off the rails — they redesigned the look instead of preserving it. Do-over rule going forward: clone styling is LOCKED (colors, fonts, general look and feel) — only the content structure changes per the SEO action plan.
The do-over (new track)
Original safety & build track (kept)
3 · Stucco Sites Mostly Good
4 city sites live (Glendale, Van Nuys, Sherman Oaks, Alhambra) with forms into GHL, SEO baked in, deployed on the buildfixinstall CF account. Your review/test pass for fine-tuning is the next step, then the AI chat widget.
Next up
Original plan items (kept — mostly done on 10/1)
4 · App for Kiro + Day Commander Parked
Kept on the board, not competing with the money tracks. One app, two jobs: your all-in-one chat + calendar + planner, AND the thing we submit to Kiro for free credits. Vibecoding with OpenCode Opus 5.5.
Ad Budget & Income Goals
💰 Budget Plan — $1,000 war chest
| When | Daily Spend | What Runs |
|---|---|---|
| Fri 10/2 – Sun 10/4 | $50/day | Loot 47: 6 advertorial + 6 direct-to-offer. Learning phase. |
| Mon 10/5 – Tue 10/6 | $80–$120/day | Scale winners 20–30%/day. Kill losers at 2x CAC no sales. |
| Wed 10/7 – Sun 10/11 | $120–$180/day | Winners scaled toward the $200/day goal. Add new angles from data. |
| Reserve | — | ~$300 held back for: stucco lead-gen test OR a second Loot 47 angle once real data lands. |
Recycling rule: every sale refills the war chest. Breakeven = keep going. Bleeding past 2x CAC = kill, no ego.
🏆 Income Scoreboard (AT LEAST)
| Date | Goal | Engine |
|---|---|---|
| Wed 10/7 | $100/day | Loot 47 ads scaled to winners |
| Wed 10/14 | $200/day | + scaled spend + stucco leads first calls |
| Wed 10/21 | $300/day | + WFM pages ranking + repeat Loot 47 winners |
| Wed 10/28 | $400/day | + full stucco fleet + scaled ads |
These are floors, not ceilings. Every campaign gets judged against this scoreboard at the wrap-up.

Done Today
Checked boxes above are your log. At the wrap-up the scoreboard gets scored against the income goals and tomorrow's plan gets built from whatever's unchecked. Stale items are never deleted — they get marked and dropped to the Work Log.
Work Log Bottom of the board
Newest first. History accumulates here — nothing gets deleted.
- Reviewed all four projects against reality (STATUS files + folder state verified). Loot 47 confirmed as the money engine and moved to #1.
- WFM do-over rule set: clone styling locked (colors, fonts, look and feel), SEO action plan overlays structure only. v2 builds preserved as reference.
- Day Commander page rebuilt as this living board: today's priorities on top, work log at the bottom.
- Open handoffs queued: loot47 angle sheets (you), stucco GHL mapping (you), stucco fine-tune list after your test pass (you).
- Stucco: 4 city sites built from the vannuys-v3 template, SEO'd (schema, sitemaps, llms.txt), forms wired to the lead tracker + GHL forwarder, deployed on buildfixinstall. Phase 2 expansion plan written.
- WFM: full double-stored backups of fatigue + heartburn (+ thyroid), pixel-identical static clones built and verified (11/11 and 20/20 page parity), then v2 SEO rebuilds built the same day — those went off the rails design-wise and are now reference-only (wf-9).
- Loot 47: both GHL Vibe SPA sites cloned byte-exact and deployed (loot47-get / loot47-reports.pages.dev); 6 new Margin Report advertorials written and deployed as static pages (cost-audit, dead-assets, drift-report, five-reasons, switch-files, unfair-advantage), all verified live. DNS still on GHL.
This is the timeline the day started with. The launch deadline inside it passed while the angle/checkout work stalled — kept here as the record, not as current instructions.
